Julie Fiedler
Chef Julie's culinary passion has strong Greek roots. She first learned about good food from her Greek grandmother who inspired her to cook form the heart but always with health in mind.
She's originally from Arizona where she attended the Art Institute of Phoenix for culinary school. She then went on to receive a Master's degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy. She also spent time in Crete, Greece where she studied the local edible plants discovering their impact on health and utilizing them in the kitchen.
Upon returning from Europe she transitioned out of working in fine dining and began cooking for private clients as a personal chef and found her "true calling" as a chef.
Chef Julie has also participated in several prestigious culinary competitions including Food Network’s Iron Chef America.
She is the owner & CEO of Mint Personal Chef Services in Los Angeles, CA. Mint provides in-home personal chef services specializing in meal prep, dinner parties and events. In her Meal Prep Academy course you can learn to meal prep like a chef too!
