  • What if I have allergies or a special diet?

    This course will highly benefit you if you have dietary restrictions! I’ll teach you how to customize meals to specially accommodate your dietary needs.

  • I don’t know how to cook and have little experience in the kitchen, can I still do this course?

    Yes! I teach you basic knife skills and cooking techniques for meal prepping. No prior experience is required. I break it down in a step-by-step process so you can learn and improve your skills.

  • Everyone in my family eats something different and we have picky eaters.

    I hear this all the time. In the course I’ll teach you how to plan and package meals to accommodate picky eaters or family members that have different dietary needs.

  • I’m very busy and don’t have much time in my schedule, can I still do this course?

    Yes, you can complete the lessons at your own pace but I recommend allowing at least 45 minutes - 1 hour every week to successfully complete the course and implement the skills.

  • Do I have to spend all day cooking?

    Not at all. I’ll teach you how to plan for your cook day and you can determine the amount of time you spend on meal prep. I recommend having at least 2-3 hours per week to spend on meal prepping to get the most out of it.

  • I don’t have much kitchen equipment, do I have to purchase a lot of items?

    You’ll need at least a basic set of pots and pans to work with and a good chef knife to start prepping. I’ll give you my recommended items but you don’t need to spend lots of money and the basics will work. I recommend starting with the course before buying anything since I’ll give you my recommendations and tips for equipment, kitchen goods and organization.

  • I have recommendations from my nutritionist or dietician of what I need to eat, can I still do this course?

    Most definitely! This course will be highly beneficial for you since you’ll be able to customize and cook meals to your specific needs. You’ll be able to follow any special diet or recommendations while still cooking delicious meals.

  • Will the food go bad if I don’t eat it right away?

    In the course I’ll cover how long meals will stay good for depending on what it is. Meals can last you up to a week in the fridge so I recommend cooking at least one time per week. It’s not necessary to cook more than that unless you’d like to.

  • I’m more of a visual learner and don’t do well with lots of reading. Will I have to read a lot in this course?

    The course consists of videos, tutorials, quizzes, and a workbook. The workbook is easy to read and has lots of visuals so you don’t have to spend all day reading.
